About the Role
RinoFi is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Events Assistant to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to gain hands-on experience in event marketing and brand promotions.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the preparation and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns.
* Help set up and organize event materials and displays.
* Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance during events.
* Represent client brands in a positive and professional manner.
* Support the event team with daily operational tasks before, during, and after events.
* Maintain organized event materials and promotional equipment.
* Collaborate with team members to help ensure successful event execution.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
* Comfortable working in team-oriented environments.
* Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
* Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience is helpful but not required.
