• EXPERIENCE DEPTH 1+ year of dedicated, hands-on industrial mechanical maintenance experience, specializing in conveyor networks and fluid power loops
• CORE SKILLSETS Practical proficiency troubleshooting high-pressure hydraulic lines, pneumatic actuators, and mechanical drive systems
• FABRICATION FLUENCY Basic structural welding capabilities to independently execute machinery modifications, bracket repairs, and equipment rigging
• WORK SCHEDULE Stable 2nd shift configuration operating Monday through Friday.
• EARNING POTENTIAL $31.00 per hour baseline. Overtime kicks in at 1.5x after 8 hours on a daily shift, with an exceptional 2.0x double-time rate for any voluntary Sunday coverage.
• REGULATORY ENVIRONMENT Clean, well-lit, and highly regulated food-grade production facility. High adherence to strict GMP safety and sanitation protocols.
• LOCATION Greater Madison area (Must reside within a dependable 45-minute daily driving radius of the plant)

What You Will Be Doing

• Executing comprehensive mechanical maintenance, rapid fault-tracing, and emergency breakdown repairs across an array of high-speed food processing and packaging equipment
• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and rebuilding complex conveyor systems, high-speed belts, sortation lines, and mechanical drive assemblies
• Diagnosing and servicing high-pressure pneumatic systems, pneumatic valves, heavy-duty hydraulic pumps, and fluid power loops safely
• Utilizing welding gear as needed to modify structural frameworks, repair machine guards, and reinforce floor components
• Partnering closely with production leadership to maintain an immaculate, fully compliant, food-safe manufacturing footprint that meets strict sanitation standards

What We Are Looking For

• Industrial Maintenance Background: Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience troubleshooting machinery in a fast-paced production environment. Hands-on familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors is strictly required.
• Fabrication Fundamentals: Proven ability to handle basic welding and torch-cutting tasks for machinery repair applications.
• Environment Readiness: Complete comfort working inside a regulated food-processing environment and a strict personal commitment to workplace safety, corporate cleanliness, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
